The ALX-H240EV-IR EVA Series IR Illuminator is a professional-grade infrared lighting system designed for flexibility and high-performance in demanding surveillance environments. This unit features advanced electric variable beam angle technology (EVA Tech), allowing remote or RS485-based zoom adjustment of the beam between 10°–40° or 40°–80°, offering versatile coverage for both focused and wide-area illumination needs. This innovation resolves the traditional limitations of fixed-angle illuminators and supports synchronized operation with motorized zoom cameras.
The illuminator is equipped with 24 high-efficiency infrared LEDs and supports both 850nm semi-covert and 940nm covert (invisible) infrared wavelength versions, enabling customization for different operational visibility levels. At 850nm, it delivers infrared coverage up to 350 meters, making it ideal for long-range security requirements. The rugged construction includes an IK10-rated vandal-proof housing and IP68-rated waterproof sealing, ensuring continuous performance in extreme weather or exposed conditions.
