Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

NOTICE! RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Therefore we have experts in many types of security on staff, ready to assist you in ordering the correct products at the time of purchase. Product return policies are primarily based on the individual manufacturer's return policy. Many new, unopened products can be returned if within the time allowed by the particular vendor (typical 15-30 days). However, nearly all manufacturers are strict in not returning opened or used products. In the event that a return is requested of any product, restocking fees may be issued by the manufacturer when RMA is granted.

Sometimes products may require a return if for instance a product was defective or you received an incorrect item. At other times products may require a warranty service or replacement in which all cases A2Z Security Cameras working with the relevant vendors will provide a RMA and solution to solve the problem as fast as possible. Some products such as specialty or customized security products may have a strict no return policy unless for warranty purposes. A2Z Security Cameras will always strive to provide the most satisfactory results possible for our customers. We highly recommend however reviewing the return details with your A2Z sales agent on the specific products you are ordering to avoid confusion.

NOTE ON SPECIALITY PRODUCTS: ALL Specialized products are exempt from standard return policies and are to be considered Non-cancellable/Non-Refundable unless otherwise specified. This is obviously due to the fact that such products as example Surveillance Trailers, Solar Cameras, Custom NVR and DVR servers etc that are custom built per customer requirements only upon customers order.
