The ALX-SA2-IR is a precision-engineered compact infrared illuminator built to enhance nighttime performance for CCTV and IP surveillance cameras. With a single high-power IR LED and beam angles ranging from 15° to 120°, this model delivers IR lighting from 40m down to 5m depending on the angle selected. It is ideal for small-scale or targeted applications such as building entrances, narrow corridors, ATMs, or elevators.
This unit is available in both 850nm semi-covert and 940nm covert infrared light wavelengths plus comes equipped with an automatic day/night photocell switch for power efficiency. Operating on DC12V with only 300mA current draw, it’s housed in an IP66-rated aluminum body with a high-transmittance protective panel. The ALX-SA2-IR is designed for stable, long-term outdoor or indoor use with a 3-year warranty and LED lifespan rated at 50,000 hours.
