The Bosch IQsight FLEXIDOME 8100i IR X 8MP 5.9-13mm PTRZ dome camera delivers 4K UHD surveillance performance with integrated IR illumination, Bosch Starlight X imaging, HDR X, IVA Pro analytics, remote PTRZ commissioning, and rugged outdoor protection. Available as NDE-8704-RXL with standard clear bubble and NDE-8704-RXL-H with hydrophilic bubble, this model is the highest-resolution IR camera in the FLEXIDOME 8100i IR X series and is ideal for applications requiring greater scene detail, wide forensic coverage, and reliable nighttime monitoring.
The 8MP model uses a larger 1/1.2" CMOS sensor and captures up to 3840 x 2160 resolution. Its 5.9-13mm motorized lens provides a flexible 110° to 48° horizontal field of view, making it suitable for entrances, plazas, campuses, parking areas, public spaces, city surveillance, transportation facilities, government sites, retail environments, and critical infrastructure applications where 4K image detail is preferred. Integrated 850nm intelligent IR illumination reaches up to 50m / 164ft for improved nighttime performance without relying on external light sources.
Bosch IQsight Starlight X technology helps maintain strong image quality in low-light scenes, while HDR X up to 128dB improves visibility in scenes with both bright and dark areas. The integrated split IR design gives the camera strong day/night performance, making the NDE-8704-RXL and NDE-8704-RXL-H suitable for 24/7 surveillance applications requiring both high-resolution image detail and infrared nighttime coverage.
Remote PTRZ commissioning allows installers to remotely pan, tilt, roll, zoom, and focus the camera without opening the housing or physically adjusting the lens. This simplifies installation, speeds commissioning, and enables later optimization across multi-camera sites or difficult-to-access mounting locations.
Integrated Bosch IQsight IVA Pro analytics provide deep-learning-based detection and classification of people and vehicles. Included analytics packages include IVA Pro Buildings, IVA Pro Perimeter, IVA Pro Privacy, and Camera Trainer, with optional licenses available for traffic analytics, appearance search, PPE detection, license plate recognition, vehicle make/model, dangerous goods signs, visual gun detection, and intelligent audio analytics.
