Samsung SNB-5001 is a 1.3 Megapixel HD Network Camera with features enhancements and day/night capabilities for challenging lighting conditions. The camera is equipped with high-end features such as Tampering Detection and
Motion Detection and is an ONVIF conformed camera which works to satisfy consumer needs in surveillance but comes in an affordable price. The SNB-5001 is able to yield high end videos with a maximum resolution of 1.3 megapixels (1280x1024) with its manual or DC Auto Iris Lens. These videos are compressed in a dual codec system including H.264 and MJPEG formats which makes multiple streaming accessible by which data are processed at the maximum 30 frames per second frame rate. Data can be securely transferred thru PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology which assures that data passes through the cable safely while providing power to the camera. There are two streaming capacities the device is able to conform to: unicast and multicast. Unicast streaming allows a total of 10 users making use of the data gathered by the device whilst multicast makes room for 10 profiles.
